Kyle has been working with the homeless and other vulnerable populations for ten years. An Instructional Designer by trade, he brings insight and confidence to his team, leading them to perform with efficiency and integrity.
Mark Gaspar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to The Way Home. With 38 years of business development experience across 18 countries, he has partnered with The Way Home to leverage his strengths in strategic planning and project management. Mark is an Associate Professor in the School of Business at Cairn University, teaching international and global business, operations management, and several other subjects.
Gary Alloway works tirelessly to connect people whose passions serve the greater good. Gary is a community organizer who brings fifteen years of poverty experience to the table. Gary holds an MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary and has served the poor of Denver, Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County through the Denver Rescue Mission, The Well, and Redemption.
The Way Home loves Shelby's enthusiastic and entrepreneurial spirit.
As an MBA candidate at Cairn University her business skills have been honed by her experience as an Enactus program director. She has also served as a project leader for Habitat for Humanity, worked with Love Thy Neighbor and done business and demographics research with World Team.
The Way Home would not be whole without Forrest Kemmerer's passion for housing and community development.
A graduate of Cairn University, Forrest has spent thirteen years working on community development and serving vulnerable populations in roles at Redemption, Brian's House and Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital.
